intellectual but starts in the body is essential to the key role Relax Kids plays in the well-being of children and young people. The physical symptoms of anxiety will preoccupy our minds, interfere and interrupt our ability to focus, concentrate and inevitably lead to unhappiness. Relax Kids can really help and strengthen the connection we all have to our inner sanction, which will ultimately help us feel happier and more at peace.
