Shipping and Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Relax Kids Pershore. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Relax Kids Pershore) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Your order will be packed with the utmost care, but every now and then something may go wrong - or my eagle eyes might miss something. If you receive something that has been damaged on its travels please contact me at leigh.proctor@relaxkidspershore.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order and I will arrange to replace it for you. Please note - exchanges for damaged goods must be for the same item, not for another product. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.K. If you live outside the UK and you would like to order something please get in touch, email leigh.proctor@relaxkidspershore.co.uk and we will let you know what the shipping cost will be.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, products may be returned within 14 days of original purchase. In order to request a refund, email us at leigh.proctor@relaxkidspershore.co.uk. Once goods have been received, reimbursement will be issued within a period of 30 days of receipt and will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method.
